Social Media for Business event
I have just returned from a workshop on harnessing the benefits of Social Media for small businesses provided by Business Link. This is the fourth Business Link event I’ve been to, and the second time it was presented by Susan Hallam, a very knowledgable and impressive SEO consultant.
The workshop covered how to use Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter (amongst others) to help your business connect with customers, but also went on to show how use social media to get your customers talking to each other.
