Please check out my latest script, GreenPandaTMC (Ticket Management Centre).  It is a bug tracking script that allows users to search for and report bugs.  It will also work with incident management and contact management withe a little tweaking.

You can log in to demo the system usign the username ‘demo’ and the password ’1234′
