The name’s Bond.
A couple of weeks ago a friend of mine, Paul, visited us from Manchester. The main purpose of his visit was to collect some photos for his new website, UK Onscreen.
The idea behind the website is to see film locations across the whole of the UK, but the unique aspect is that Paul has been adding modern photos that match the exact film shots.
The film that he was looking for that week was scenes from Octopussy that were filmed on the Nene Valley Railway.
You make it sound like I was just using you! The main purpose of my visit was to see you and your house! It just happened that you live near the Nene Valley Railway, and you asked if there was anything I fancied doing during my stay!
